First time K-Spa
visitor? No worries!
Here's a simple guide to help you feel comfortable and make the most of your experience.
Before Your Appointment
Korean spa is a different kind of spa day with a more holistic approach to relaxation. Treatments like our Korean body scrub are more vigorous than a typical Western spa service and focus on deep exfoliation and circulation. Facilities are gender-separated, and in keeping with tradition, most guests enjoy the amenities nude. Bathing suits are always welcome.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes early for scrub appointments and 15 minutes early for massage appointments.
- We provide complimentary lockers, towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and refreshments for your convenience.
- Parking can be limited on weekends and holidays. If you’re visiting with a group, we recommend carpooling when possible.
When You Arrive
- Check in with our receptionist in the lobby.
- Please let our reception team know about any allergies, areas of concern, or accommodations you may need so we can help make your experience as comfortable as possible.
- You’ll receive towels and the key to your assigned locker.
- For first-time guests, check-in may take up to 5 minutes.
- Once you’ve checked in, you’re ready to begin your spa experience.
The Spa Experience
- Please remove your shoes when entering the spa. Sanitized slippers are available for you to use throughout your visit.
- Change in the locker room and store your personal belongings securely in your assigned locker. You may enjoy the amenities nude or in a bathing suit. For sanitary reasons, underwear is not permitted in the spa amenities.
- Please silence your phone and leave it safely in your locker so you can fully relax and enjoy your time with us.
- When booking on weekends or holidays, be prepared for crowds and some noise.
- Before using any of the amenities, please take a shower using soap.
- For Scrubs: we recommend soaking in the hot tub or steam room for 15 minutes beforehand to prepare your skin for the treatment.
- For Massages: Go to the Massage waiting area 5 minutes early. The waiting area is behind the door marked “massage” by the locker rooms.
- When it’s time for your appointment, your therapist will call you by your locker number.
- After your treatment, you’re welcome to continue enjoying the spa amenities. Please note that the hot tub and cold plunge are not available after your treatment.
When You Leave
- Please return your locker key to the front desk before leaving.
- Payment for your treatment will be collected at checkout. The card used to hold your appointment will not be automatically charged, unless you cancel late or don’t show up for your appointment.
- Gratuity for your therapist may be provided by cash, card, Zelle, or Venmo.
